Strength For Life Training
Strength for Life [SFL] is a popular way for older South Australians aged 50+ to keep active, maintain their physical and mental wellbeing and make friends in a supportive and fun environment.
In Strength For Life training each individual works to a personalised program specifically designed for them considering their fitness level, goals and any health considerations.
